The initial room provided was sub-par, a bit worn down, and not completely clean. After complaining to the front desk, we were given a much better and cleaner room that we were very happy with.

The staff was courteous. The mattress was very good but too high. The restaurant ran out of food…so not too impressed. No coffee available in restaurant. There were no towels or rack to clean dishes. Staff did not clean dishes, just made the bed. Otherwise everything was good. room 550 Joanne ...
