"Our room was a little shopworn but clean, comfortable and quiet. The many trees around the property were beautiful in the spring and we heard birds singing. No hot water the morning we checked out. It was working the night before. We will stay again for sure."

"We had 3 rooms booked for a wedding in the area. I called the day before to request an early check in. I was told it was $30 per room for an early check in so I told the person please just charge one room for early check in and we will get ready in one room. When I got to the desk they proceeded to check us in for all the rooms - I was thinking - cool - all the rooms are ready already. We got charged $36 for each room. When I called to dispute it - they said sorry there was nothing they could do. Horrible communication at the desk - would not stay here again "

"Very easy check-in. Meticulously clean room and Bathroom (although the bathroom counter squeaked). Bed was comfortable and room was quiet."

Hotel quality beds ,in safe east side of Haller lake neighborhood(not west side near the Aurora ave chaos(Hwy99).. has a full kitchen with all the appliances/cookware needed if travelers want tp prepare own meals. Have stayed mid week and have either been alone or had I or 2 of the other rooms occupied. This place is my go to choice when I need a night in Seattle and don't want to pay big $ but not sacrificing quality. Check in -front door entry codes + the code for room are quickly sent prior to self check in. Plenty of free parking + I designated spot given.Fast wifi."

"I got no rest what so ever at this place, loud music and people talking till almost 3am the whole building makes noise maybe being old but the pipes in the building creek. Its cool place to visit, but wont ever spend 150.00 on a night that wouldn't allow me to sleep in peace."
