"Modern hotel, took a quick minute to figure out lighting, A/C. Everything was great. Very nice place. Rooftop and lobby bar super nice. Only one minor complaint. My coffee maker wasn’t working so I went to the included breakfast to grab coffee. The host would not let me take coffee back to my room, my only option was to be seated and drink it in the restaurant. I had a teen alone in the room so I just went back to the room. Seemed very silly to not allow my to take coffee to my room. "

"Starbucks should be stocked more with bagels, muffins, cakes, sandwiches. mattresses needs to be replaced "

"Everything was nice but they didn’t have complimentary breakfast and their deposit fee is 300. Insane amount. Parking is also charged by the hour, and the price was for a night of parking was outrageous"

"A lot of little things not kept in good condition. Coffee table swayed and was about to collapse. Bed frames on enery room we have stayed in area squeaky. Some outlets and bedside lamp USBs were not in working order. Almost daily dumpster emptying at apartment next door right under quite a few rooms' windows very early in the morning. (I had messaged property twice for a quiet room away from such noises and they did not respond) Having said that, we are past and future guests, but just wish things were up to par for the expense."

"If you have a car be prepared to pay 50/night for parking which is pretty common for all downtown properties. This property is affordable so it does offset the cost.fpr parking. Smaller rooms are perfect for solo traveler or a very close couple lookingfor an intimate space. The only other thing is you can hear the party crowd at 3AM on Saturday night after bar close but that might be common for downtown property. Great staff, awesome free coffee, ice water and bacon, egg, cheese breakfast sandwhich (small fee for breakfast sandwhich). Cute lobby. Great diner across street for lunch! Walgreens 1 minute away."

"Excellent location. Right next to the Belmont train station. Easily walkable to Wrigley field. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Small market right across the street. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet."

"The room was way outdated, there were stains on the carpet everywhere, poor lighting, didn’t receive my 4/19 wake up call ,pillows on the bed felt like a handful of cotton balls put in a sock . Over all not a good experience "
