(-) I suggest to bring slippers because bathroom floor is cold stone. They should clear the snow for the ground floor access. Restaurant was closed as of Feb 2026, hopefully they reopen soon. Paid more for Comfort Double Room in order to get one queen-size double bed but still got 2 single beds put together → room description & picture does not match. We had a small water leak issue under the sink, I hope they will fix it soon. Communication & support could be improved: nobody was at the reception on the first day and it is a bit slow to get an answer when messaging their mobile number (+41 76 795 66 54 / +41 77 903 31 84)."
