"This is a gem of a property, the staff are so welcoming and the accommodation is very well appointed with just 5 rooms, we stayed in Chambre No.1 which was massive it covers the first 4 windows on the first floor with 2 rooms [bedroom & sitting room] please a good bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Even though the accommodation and our room is right on front, Av. De Champagne at night there was no road traffic so we had no issues with having windows open during the night [there is AC as well...

"Hotel is relatively new , modern and as such is very well decorated with quality fittings. The breakfast area and the terrace bar area were good. The variety of the breakfast offering was more than consistent of a hotel with less than 30 rooms. Points to bear in mind, part of the hotel doesn’t have a lift so some people may struggle to get to the rooms on the second floor. The onsite parking was ideal. The location of the hotel was excellent for all attractions and bars and restaurants....

"Sehr schönes Hotel, außerordentlich gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten, toller Spa- & Fitnessbereich, schöne großzügige Zimmer. Einziger Minuspunkt: sehr spärliche Auswahl für Vegetarier in Abendkarte. Es gab ein einziges vegetarisches Hauptgericht - auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass die meisten einfach zwei Vorspeisen wählen würden. Sehr schade für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse."

We chose this hotel specifically because of its location just off Avenue de Champagne, thus enabling us to walk to the champagne tasting we had booked. It has no restaurant on site but is only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of town & a number of restaurants/bars and a 7 minute drive from one of the Champagne Museums. The room was clean & comfortable but would have benefited from the provision of a kettle & some cups. The staff were...

"Chambre sale, les deux personnes a l'accueil étaient néanmoins sympathiques et ont essayé de me donner un chambre calme. Mais le sol était sale, le bureau plein de miettes et de poussière, des araignées au plafond et au sol et un cafard mort... Enfin je n'ai pas étudié la chose de près... Mais tout de même. J'étais là pour 2 nuits, je n'en ai effectué qu'une seule. J'ai payé un autre hôtel pour ma 2eme nuit. J'aurais du mieux lire les commentaires. Je ne m'attendais pas à un palace bien...
