Pour autant, le rapport qualité prix est incroyable ! Mention particulière au personnel d'accueil, qui a été particulièrement bienveillant et arrangeant. "Property was OK and restaurant was good, but Novotel took a room charge deposit by credit card when I booked the room via Expedia. Then they insisted on full payment again when we left, saying that the deposit would be cancelled promptly. 3 weeks later the deposit is still showing as pending on my credit card account. Not acceptable."
