"If you are traveling light, the rooms are passable. If , like me, you have suitcases, the rooms are small.
Staff was very helpful. There was one English speaker on staff, making communication much easier."

"The ryokan was a very special experience. A beautiful place to stay in historic Kurashiki. It was a treat to be in such a uniquely Japanese space with the tatami floor, the futon and the special bath. Lovely staff too. "
