buffet. I liked the location of this hotel on the Plaza San Juan. Plenty of bars and cafes in the neighbourhood. You're on the edge of the tourist area and its still easy to find parking on street. There are also some nice green spaces nearby. Salamanca itself is a beautiful old city, full of surprises. I will just caution against room 118 which, being above the

room and near to the laundry, is not as quiet as you might like."

"We had a junior suite, which was spectacular. Main room with several armchairs and a dining table that would seat 8. Bathroom with basins but surprisingly no bath - probably for eco green reasons. Big bedroom with modern four-poster bed and more arm chairs. Disappointingly, no English language programs on the TV - not even CNN. Amazing view from bedroom to city Excellent buffet
