"Breakfast was excellent. The only poor thing was that, for a large, modern hotel, there was no lift for the elderly. The stairs were steep, narrow and curved with poor handrail support. It was difficult and painful to use. Parking was okay, except fot the fact that the disabled bays had lost most of the signage so that the fit and young were occupying these bays."

"Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Good facilities in room but it was incredibly hot during our visit so a fridge in room would have improved our stay as no air conditioning but not many days in England you would need it. Breakfast was lovely, small but everything you could want. Evening menu was a bit limited and I probably would go somewhere else for an evening meal. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful."

"The staff were limited but helpful, respectful and hardworking. They looked after us well. There was a problem with wifi but not a big deal since we had our UK phone lines. The garden was not open in the evening to enjoy warm weather but there was a pub with outdoor space. We had good time in Oxford. The best part was the staff and its location for us."

"We had a ground floor room with patio which was perfect for our dog. First day our room had not been serviced, but next 2 days it was all fine. We ate in the restaurant onthe first afternoon which was very good. Service was excellent as well. Very good breakfast. Nice & close to Stratford on Avon."
