"This is our third stay here since May 2025. It's extremely convenient and the staff and accommodations are great. Check in has been seamless and the eating options are great. Several gas stations nearby so you can pick and choose. We feel so comfortable coming here, that we plan on using this hotel as our go too when we pass through Salmon Arm regularly. Keep up the excellent customer service! "

"The rooms were huge and well maintained. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. We did not have a view from our room so I cannot comment on that. Pool hot tub area is starting to show its age but everything was clean and there was plenty of towels available. Dinner and drinks at Mantle’s was excellent. We plan to come back to ski this winter. "

"Great hot tub. Warm pool with a slide. Wanted a hot chocolate to relax before bed and desk staff got us some. Very polite and helpful. "

"Shower diverter did not work as it sprayed medium from the shower head and still gushed from the tap. I was in room 101 which has two large bedrooms. One had an IKEA sling back chair which was only for a smaller person. The room with the tv had no chair at all. No place to really watch tv. Very convenient and a place I would strongly recommend with some minor tweaking. "
