Good location. Beach just a few minutes away and the town close by if you want the nightlife. Nice and close to the main bus stops that take you to port aventura or the airports.

A great place to stay modern hotel

This is a nice modern hotel with a great choice of food at breakfast and lunch .With two swimming pools and a toddler pool. Something unheard of there was always space at the pool a spare sun lounger or two.They also have some very good night shows

Good hotel, nothing too special, but everything works. Cleaning, food, service, everything good. Slightly disturbing thing was that the Quadruple room was just a Double room to which two beds had been added, so there wasn't even enough room for luggage.

Never again, hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool but air conditioning in the bedroom DOES NOT work. We went to reception several times and each time they said they would send the maintenance man to look at it, iIn the end we asked the receptionist to come to the room, she agreed it wasn’t working and said maybe tomorrow we can change your room. We couldn’t sleep, the room was so hot. We left after our week exhausted. Never again, avoid this hotel especially if you are looking for a relaxing week. We talked to other guests at the hotel and they said they had a similar nightmare trying to sleep.

Good hotel

Good service, although Internet doesn't work on 425 room during 8 days. The elderly guy from bar should be more friendly. There is no computer or private office for costumes what was a big problem for me as I needed to be a speaker in a online conference. Food was really good although more seafood and fish should be offered. Night entertainment was good.

Enjoyable stay

Great hotel for the price. The hotel is spotless clean and gas very friendly and polite staff members. Basic room, one pillow each which is super thin. Rooms are older than in the displayed pictures on the site. Very good pool area with plenty of loungers but water is quite cold even in the jacuzzi. Pool bar is handy and food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast was wonderful. I loved the variety. Dinner was not so great. The salad bar and desserts were fantastic but the hot part wasn't so hot. And as a vegetarian, there was just type of vegetable each evening. It would have been nice to have more than 1 hot veg. But that didn't ruin my stay by any means. We stayed in a sea view room which was more of a pool and sea view room. You can hear the entertainment from the pool area until it ends at 11:30pm even with the balcony door closed. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. I would rate this property 4 out of 5. It is very good value for money.

Lovely hotel!! Brilliant staff!

Booked last minute for a week. Oct 2023. Hotel is spotless. Rooms bright, modern, airy and clean, good size balcony. Stayed in a superior room worth the money! Brillaint views and large balcony. Pool area cleaned daily. Did not use small children pool, the only downfall is the sun appeared 11am in bottom corner of the pool, so you were moving up round the pool all day to stay in sun, but was no hardship, hotel wasn’t full sun beds were plentiful. Children entertainment was non existent due to end of season. Entertainment in bar most evenings. Pool tables, arcades and friendly staff. Food is brilliant always something to eat. Stayed half board. Smallish hotel, with 2 pools and tiny baby pool. Water freezing this time of year, didn’t bother the kids. 15 min stroll downhill by the beach to the Main strip. 25-30 stroll to the marina. Bus stop our main door down hill to your left, buses everywhere! Had already been in Barcelona for a week, but would recommend a Barcelona day trip or Tarragona train from port andventura. Also recommend port adventura! Was brilliant. Aqua park closed sept 2023 so will be back earlier next year to try this. Friends did the boat trip on catamaran said it was brilliant too. The tourist train is brillaint too Had a wonderful stay. Next time I think I would look for family suites, or all inclusive with slides for kids, but if you have older kids, this place is fantastic and not at all expensive. Brilliant stay, can’t fault it at all.

Séjour agréable dans une chambre confortable, seul bémol lit de 140. Restauration, bar très convenable. Propreté correcte au vu de la fréquentation des personnes de l'hôtel pas toujours respectueuses de la propreté. Beau potentiel mais...

Pour commencer par les points positifs : Personnel très agréable et serviable en grande majorité dans tous les services. Beaucoup d'animations pour les enfants, et spectacle chaque soir. Une mention spéciale pour Laura et Alba qui sont douées avec les enfants. Vue sur la piscine principale et la mer depuis le balcon. Nous avons pris le parking souterrain, obligatoire car très compliqué de se garer dans la rue. Certes très étroit, il faut avoir une très bonne direction assistée et savoir manoeuvrer mais ça nous a bien aidé. Pour les points négatifs : TRES bruyant, chambres non insonorisées, on entend les voisins même s'ils ne font que parler. C'est pour les plus calmes...car malheureusement une partie non négligeable de la population ne connait pas le mot "respect" et crient, font comme s'ils étaient seuls à la piscine comme en pleine nuit. On comprend après pourquoi les enfants sont turbulants quand on voit les parents...mais ça ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Il y a des instructions au bord de la piscine comme dans beaucoup de piscine du style "ne pas fumer, ne pas courir ou sauter" etc... mais pourquoi les gens s'y plieraient quand le maitre nageur ne bouge pas ? Petit déjeuner très bruyant, nous allions sur la terrasse pour avoir du calme, même au petit déjeuner dans un hôtel Disney où les enfants sont dynamiques, c'est plus calme. Bref, hôtel avec un gros potentiel et tient vraiment la route grâce à son personnel et ses animatrices, j'espère que la Direction en est co

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de deux plages non bondées. Proche du centre et desservi par des bus. Prendre une carte avec 10 voyages, le trajet vous reviendra alors 0.65€ pour visiter le secteur de Cambrils à Tarragone ou encore remonter à l'hôtel car il est situé sur les hauteur de Salou. Hormis les femmes de chambre et une jeune serveuse qui s'occupe des boissons au restaurant, le personnel est distant et froid. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et diversifié, la machine à café n'est cependant pas adaptée au volume. Le repas du soir est juste moyen en qualité et en diversité. Salle bruyante. Les plus: chambre vue mer, situation, petit déjeuner. Les moins: l'attitude du personnel, chambre petite, repas du soir. Une prestation cependant à la hauteur du prix payé pour la période, il faut faire la part des choses.

Vue exceptionnelle!

Très bon hôtel, propre avec un excellent service. J'étais au 6 ieme étage avec une vue exceptionnelle à 180 degré sur la mer et les montagnes. A noter qu'il faut payer 25 euros par semaine pour avoir accès au petit frigo dans la chambre???? Même chose pour le coffret de sécurité???? Sinon rien à dire de négatif.
