"During our stay, the resort was housing over 1,200 students for a track meet. As a result, several amenities were unavailable, and accessing shared spaces such as the pool or the buffet was often difficult and left a negative impact on our overall experience. Additionally the majority of our interactions with the staff at the front desk were less than friendly. On a positive note the bartenders and entertainment staff were lovely."

"First time there- had an amazing time! Hotel is beautiful without being lavish & over the top, atmosphere is inviting and inclusive, staff was sooo nice and helpful. As someone with CELIAC I was worried about the buffet… it was fantastic!!! I had so many options and everything was clearly marked ‘GF’. The food was fantastic!! Special shout out to Everest- your food made my trip 😊 and thanks for your patience with all my questions. You have no idea how much I appreciated it. Pools were awesome, so well taken care of…. Entertainment… activities.. right in the lobby. So much fun!! Can’t wait to go back. It’s my new favourite place in Bahamas!!"

"We love Atlantis and had an overall great stay. Little things that bothered me was that the kids crush disco was closed one day during the week - in spring break, with so many kids at the resort. Also, we had poseidon breakfast included in the room price but there was still every day an addition to the folio and I had to ask the staff to take it off. Hotel guests still behave antisocial and hog chairs at 8 am, throw their towels on them and then don't use them for hours. Staff should do something about that. And this time was the first time ever that people stole our fresh towels twice!"

"Check in process is terrible. Only one person checking people in with 10 people waiting to check in. Made it to the counter after 30 minutes waiting and they said my room wasn't ready. Check in time is 4 pm and it was after 4 pm! I waited an hour came back and room still not ready. They finally 'upgraded' me to a room that was ready. Zero out of ten would not recommned. Check out was just as bad. Hire more counter people! "
