"Clean and tidy room in a serviced house with an en suite shower room. Comfy bed, TV, chest of drawers svd a cupboard but no chair or table/desk so had to use my laptop as a laptop which is not ideal when you have done work to do. Good WiFi. No kettle in the room but well equipped shared kitchen downstairs. So, a little Spartan but certainly adequate and uncluttered room. "AMAZING Thank You. Everything you need inside the caravan and outside. Has a lovely balcony to sit outside. Very close to all the funfair, beach, shops and the amusements. Has a little market up the road on a Saturday. Great communication with the owner. Very safe has card for barriers to get in and out the caravan park. Would definately recommend and would definately stay again. Once again Thank you"

"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. "We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. "When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them.
