Checking in was the major problem. The self check in kiosk wasn’t working when we arrived. No support staff on site and was hard to get hold of them on phone. Then we had to wait for their staff to come and solve the problem of the kiosk. Wasted an hour plus just trying to check in!!! There was no lift Leading up to apartment. Lucky enough, the apartment was clean and comfortable, with enough amenities to cook. No air conditioning. Supermarket Bills was about 5 mins away. Takes about 10-15 mins to get into city by bus.

I don’t think having no reception works there is no one to talk to about problem I asked the cleaner for a extra pillow and received nothing safe was locked when I got into room so couldn’t open it It was to hot no air con No bottle opener hardly any cutlery Wouldn’t recommend

Appartement pas très propre, en rez-de-chaussée qui donnait sur une rue en travaux à partir de 7h du matin. Si on ouvrait les rideaux les gens nous voyaient donc obligé de vivre dans le noir au mois d août ! Absence de distributeurs de savon dans la douche. Très peu de vaisselle.Appartement non climatisé. Très chère pour la prestation.

Schönes Design - aber ohne Service bzw. Parkplatz

Vom Design her hat uns das Hotel ganz gut gefallen und auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war für das Marathonwochenende auch ok. Dass keine Rezeption vor Ort ist, hatten wir erst bei der Buchungsbestätigung erfahren, war aber auch problemlos. Was uns allerdings nicht gefallen hat, dass das Hotel über keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten verfügt und man in der Umgebung nach einem Parkplatz suchen muss. Es stehen nur 3 Parkplätze zum Ein- u. Ausladen zur Verfügung. Nicht alle Gäste halten sich dran und blockieren den Parkplatz ganztägig! Das auf der Hotelseite angebotene Frühstück gibt es auch nur von Mo-Fr im gegenüberliegenden Bio-Hof! Die kostenlosen Toilettenartikel beziehen sich anscheinend nur aufs Klopapier und der Flüssigseife am Waschbecken bzw. in der Dusche. Wobei am Waschbecken nicht mal mehr ein leerer Behälter im Spender war! Der separate Essbereich besteht aus 2 hohen Küchenstühlen, ohne Tisch. Den Schreibtisch haben wir auch nicht gefunden! In der Umgebung gibt es einen Gasthof und zur Stiegl-Brauwelt ist es zu Fuß auch nicht weit.

Great stay at modern concept, self-service hotel

Easy check in (use kiosk outside to get your key). Room spacious, clean and with everything needed. Entrance in back (walk down driveway) and would seem a bit dodgy except this is Salzburg (i.e., safe city). Never saw anyone from hotel, including at reception, which is a plus/minus (i.e., if you have questions, you have to call). I skipped the breakfast, which seemed a bit over priced (EUR 12-18 I think).
