My airlines lost my luggage and the hotel staff assisted me in where to purchase clothes and basic necessities for my vacation. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet is very good and they serve variety of good food. If you are planning to visit Marrakech, I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return. "

"Room was in good condition, very spacious and beautiful apartments, staff was courteous but a few things were broken like toilet seat in one bathroom, no essential supplies initially however staff facilitated some later. Also hot water stopped working for a day. Water from showers spill out as there are no curtains, but staff are very good at addressing every issue and trying to fix them. "
