Khách sạn Sambuci

"Excellent place to stay, it was super clean the the staff goes out of their way to help you out if you need to. There many restaurants and shops close by 👍"

"Highly recommended. Just a lovely place to stay. Beautifully renovated building from the 1600's. Owner was charming and incredibly helpful. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay."

"The owner is such a gift to his guests!!! He is kind and has a wealth of knowledge to share with his guests!! He represents the best of Italy with his charm and wit!!! Truly one of the best experiences we had in Italy! The room was as charming as he is!"

"The room was lovely. A few problems—there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites."

"Possibly the only hotel I've ever been where the actual room exceeded the photos of the room."

"Our hostess Simone was very helpful and was easily reached over Whatsapp. The room was modern and clean. The location is in the historic center of Tivoli and felt both convenient and safe. This property is perfect for someone who typically makes arrangements online and is comfortable using key codes for access. There is not an onsite concierge or front desk, although there is a connected restaurant. I give it 5 stars for the price, cleanliness and convenience."

"Pareti della camera sporche, letti scomodii, bagno con intonaco rovinato dall'umidita', colazione di scarsa qualità, musica altissima e schiamazzi dal ristorante sotto la nostra camera fino alle 23. Molto delusa da questo 4 stelle"

"Great central location in Tivoli. Clean room with kitchenette and enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop patio. Staff were very helpful."

"The staff were so lovely!"

"Tres bien Propre Assez calme malgre que sur une place tres fréquenté Petit dejeuner en dehors mais facile Ideal pour villa d Este"

"A good 45 minutes from Rome.....and a 60 euro taxi drive The hotel is related to the swimming pool and hotsprings....but cost additional. Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city. The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing....."

"Hotel datato...non dico altro Le altre recensioni sono abbastanza esatte sul personale"

"Mancanza aria condizionata nelle camere ! Assurdo per una struttura che costa 160 euro a notte"

"Parking is tight and a lot of work if you are not from here. Giovani met us in the parking lot and parked the car for me (glad he did). The room was up 3 floor and as expected no elevator. The room was charming and clean; there were screens in the window and a ceiling fan or a nice breeze. The internet was good and the building was quite, but some noise outside for a bit at night. The bathroom was okay- small as expected. The only issue was there were no night time curtains for the window. I...

"Mi hanno richiesto sei euro al posto di quattro per la tassa di soggiorno e non ho potuto usufruire della colazione perché l’apertura del bar era oltre il mio orario possibile"

"The property was beautifully renovated and decorated in an exquisite hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Some of the perks are the breakfast and the inside free parking. The owner is very nice and is fully passionate about her renovation project. We definitely recommend this hotel."
