I enjoyed and relaxed very good and could do bicycle tours in Samoeng area. There was no restaurant service during COVID time, but that was no problem, the staff quickly brought a microwave to use and the 7-eleven is nearby. The coffee at Samoeng Center is delicous! "

"Upon entering this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by all staff. They took care of the bags and met me at the room. They supplied me with two full bags of welcome snacks and drinks. That is not a typo, 2 FULL bags of snacks. It was amazing. Such a great surprise. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and I've been to this city many times. "Nice hotel.. Quiet.. I wish there were more options for room service. The Starbucks inside the hotel is nice however I bought a muffin and it was stale.. I should mention you can have free late checkout till 2pm and if u pay 1000thb u can late check out at 5pm which is perfect if your catching a later flight "
