"The staff is amazing"

"Great location and great hotel. Really neat art deco style design. Nice queen size beds instead of doubles"

"The hotel and its staff are amazing! This was my third stay and it definitely doesn’t disappoint! The location, view, and food are on point. I highly recommend!"

"Great stay"

"The room was spacious and beautiful. The hotel was amazing"

"Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. "Clean room, attentive staff, exceptional food service"

"Always a wonderful stay."

"Be aware that there is music being played into the early morningbat the Villita, though they do provide ear plugs for guests."

"Was charged for parking and did not have a car, the original person at the desk was not friendly but after that first day, we were treated extremely well. We were able to work out all the issues."

"We love staying her here for our UTSA games! The best beds & breakfast is always really good! The best place to stay if you're going to an event at the Alamodome."

"The night shift front desk was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home every early morning, Making sure we had fresh coffee and friendly conversation. All the workers down to the best drivers where great but the night shift front desk stood out so mush we will be back for the personal service we received thank you for the absolute above service we received."
