"We expected a room with a private balcony but shared a terrace with the owners which felt a bit awkward. Our reservation stated daily room service but it was only cleaned once in five days and bins emptied twice. Windows were very dirty and the air con unit was centrally controlled by the owner. However on a more positive note the owners were very welcoming and friendly and even did a wash for us at no additional cost."
