Miraflores hotel is nothing but paradise on earth. The location is excellent in a quiet area and is situated in a massive green park. It’s absolutely tranquil and the perfect place to unwind. When it comes to the personal attention the staff is nothing but else but amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that you as a guest feel welcome and not just like another person. Will definitely be back :)

Honeymoon vacation. Loved this hotel and staff!

We had an amazing honeymoon at Miraflores! From the comfort of the suite to the service and friendliness of the staff, we highly recommend staying here away from the center of the island. They helped us with any questions we had and excursions. Jesus the chef cooked some great food! Dorothy and Luz were very kind as well. We enjoyed learning about the culture of the island during this personalized stay.

An excellent stay overall. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating. Food was excellent and fairly priced. This property is located on the west side of the island. The plus is it is quiet and safe. The negative is it is a bit from downtown shopping and airport. Nelson our driver made that a non-issue. A very good experience.

The staff make all the difference

Our room--one of the premium suites--was perfectly delightful, a comfortable and well-appointed oasis in which to wait out the occasional tropical squall, and, like most of the rooms, set far enough back from the coastal road to never worry about being disturbed by noisy scooters, buggies, or chivas. What really sets the Miraflores apart from the ordinary, though, is its staff: the small but mighty team on duty during our high-season holiday weekend coped with demanding guests and volatile weather with exceptional and abundant warmth, grace, humor, and efficiency. (If I owned a fine hotel I would tell my GM to spare nothing in attempting to lure Luz and Dorothy onto my payroll!) The only discordant note about a stay here is the lack of any in-room complimentary filtered or bottled water, given the absence of potable tap water. No other property at which we stayed in Colombia exhibited such economizing.

Best Hotel!

My experience at Miraflores Boutique Hotel in San Andrés, Colombia, was exceptional. The accommodation offered a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms, spacious and new, provided a pleasant stay. The bathrooms were spacious and had a large shower with hot water. The breakfast, with typical delicacies (such as Calentado, Arepas and so many other things), added a delicious touch to each morning. Despite being in the north of the island, the location turned out to be strategic, as it was close to important points of interest such as diving, aquanauts, West View and the Calle de las Palmeras and away from the traffic and noise of the center. I have traveled to many places in the world, and I can say that the staff at this hotel is the best I have encountered in all my experiences. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, and I want to express my special thanks to Alex, Dorothy, Kevin and all the other members of the team. They were always available, dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. With their constant support, our only concern was relaxing and enjoying the best the island had to offer. This hotel, with its friendly staff, is truly on its way to becoming the best destination in San Andrés. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! We can't wait to get back to the island and reunite with the friends we made from staff!

The place is beautiful and the staff is very nice and helpful. They have a good restaurant on the property for breakfast and dinner and the chef is good and is a very nice person. I really enjoyed my stay and recommended if you want to stay away from el centro its about 20 minutes from downtown.

Everything exceeded expectations. We've never stayed in a place with such over-the-top excellent service. The staff were so helpful, doing far more than their normal job. They looked for ways to be helpful. The food was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well equipped. Everything was so amazing we stayed 2 extra nights!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I considered this was a hidden gem in San andres, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were superb. This is an incredible location slightly far from the city but that’s is the entire point you feel disconnected relax a fantastic place. I highly recommend I traveled with my entire family and they all loved it as well. Worth every penny

Miraflores is a special place. My partner and I had an amazing time! Alex, Dorothy, Joanna, the chef (we didn’t catch their name) and all the other staff members we met were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. Our suite was beautiful and very clean. The property was magical and had many different fruit trees and flowers. It was also right across the road from the ocean - we borrowed kayaks from miraflores and went for a sunset paddle. My partner and I highly recommend Mira Flores on San Andres!

The staff are so friendly and happy to help with any need like arranging transportation and renting a scooter. The breakfast is delicious. There’s activities nearby in walking distance if you don’t want to drive. The grounds around the hotel are pretty with trees and lots of space. The AC worked great and I was able to stream movies on the WiFi with no problems. There was a nice hammock on the deck of my unit that I wish I had spent more time in.

I love my stay at Miraflores!!! The suite was amazing, the staff was amazing. Alex helped us with everything. Thank you Alex your an amazing person went above and beyond. The whole staff is amazing. It was my girlfriend birthday and they created such an romantic setting for our dinner. The view was amazing and food was delicious. I highly recommend Miraflores and fellas do the dinner. It’s very private and sets the mood. I Daniel and my girlfriend will be back again! Once more thank you Alex and the entire staff, it was hard to leave. Much love see you soon

We booked one of the bungalows on the property with a private spa. The bungalow was spectacular and very romantic. a comfortable king size bed, and a large bathroom and shower with views out to the private spa. The staff in the hotel are amazing. They are so nice and attentive, helping out with any little request we had. They were constantly asking if we needed anything, and reminding us for breakfast or dinner if the dining period was nearly finished. They also arranged transportation around the island and helped us rent a buggy for solo excursions. They would also decorate the room very romantically when we were away. The included breakfast was delicious with various options. The dinners were also delicious with various options to choose from, and wonderfully presented dishes. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and its staff. Will definitely be going back on our next time to San Andres!

My stay at this place was nothing short of perfection. The staff is incredibly kind and goes out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic time without feeling like they're trying to squeeze money out of you, unlike some experiences we had in Cartagena. Octavia, with her humor and warmth, was a standout, making sure we had everything we needed. Dorothy, always wearing a genuine smile, added to the welcoming atmosphere. This has been one of my best hospitality experiences in Colombia – flawless in every way. While the water may not be piping hot 24/7 (hey, it's an island with 90-degree weather, who needs it?), everything else more than makes up for it. The delicious breakfast, prepared by a chef with the best attitude, was a highlight. The staff strikes the perfect balance between warmth and respecting your privacy. Located in a beautiful and less touristy part of the island, it's an ideal place to stay. I'd choose this spot again and again without a second thought. Also, just say yes to the car service from the airport (don't be stubborn like me). And let them help you and cater to you, everything is for your enjoyment. Will return one day!
