"Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant."

"The hotel is at the top of the hill and short walk from the bus stop, easy to get to and around the island by bus. This was a self catering room to sleep up to 4. In the evening we noticed the bed mattresses were quite hard and thin, not comfortable. There were only 2 pillows in the bedroom one on each bed and none in the cupboard. I asked for more and was told we had 2 pillows each, my husband then asked and was given 2 blankets! the following morning we discovered we only had 1 bowl for...

"This was our third stay at Club Vista Serena and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough- the apartments are so spacious and clean and amazingly comfortable, they have everything you need and the air con is one of the strongest we've had in any holiday abroad!
