"Terrible experience with resort service along with- *Rooms are not upgraded, no phone charging outlets, repairs not done, *ATM on site wasn't working (guest services don't offer solutions, and was obvious didn't care) *Beer selection was dismal (heineken as only option), and no semi-sweet white wine *Hours at the "unique" pool area, water was not kept stocked, no glasses several time - just wasn't monitored *Hours for pool towels to be exchanged were 10:30am to noon - ONLY, so if you went off...

Le personnel de ménage très sympathique les chambres étaient très propre merci à toutes ces personnes qui font que notre séjour soit très agréable Les animateurs vraiment exceptionnel gentil et très agréable ainsi que leurs spectacles digne de vrais professionnels nous ont éblouis notre séjour tous les soirs de la semaine au top!!! "Wederom een goed verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het slaapgedeelte, de badkamer en het balkon van mijn geboekte kamer zijn ruim. Ik kreeg een kamer in dezelfde toren als de vorige keer; een goede keuze vanwege de rust. Schoonmaak in orde. Het hotel heeft een groot zwembad met veel ligstoelen, parasols en palmbomen. Goed voor een relaxte vakantie. Het hotel is gericht op all-inclusive. Aangezien ik als introvert persoon niet van massaliteit hou, boekte ik alleen ontbijt. In de avond ben ik o.a. gaan...

"The front desk staff was amazing, especially on check in. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully kept. I was travelling solo, but would be Very comfortable for 4 people. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. Pool amazing. Centrally located. A perfect vacation spot!"

"Es ist unser zweites Mal dort, denn nach dem ersten Mal waren wir total begeistert und verliebt in dieses Hotel. Unheimlich gute Location. Sehr ruhig, sauber und angenehm. Der Pool, der Aussenbereich, Der Jacuzzi und Sauna sind das Highlight des Hotels. Das Hotel ist meistens von Paaren-Gästen besetzt. Man darf sich zu jederzeit wirklich wohl fühlen beim nackt sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen."

"East wing of the hotel is the worst to stay ,loads of noise (restaurant staff related), deliveries, can't leave the door open at night because when they start cooking all the smell comes in your room . Location wise - spot on."

"Schöner Resort und große Studios. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich, aber völlig in Ordnung. Leider gibt es viel zu wenige Sonnenschirme an den Pools. Für den Spa muss man extra zahlen. Der Strand am Resort ist nicht wirklich nutzbar zum schwimmen. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind Supermärkte und ein toller Platz mit Restaurants."

The unique amenities such as the Suru bar and the standalone restaurants meant you never get bored! And there is a overall very relaxed atmosphere, which is needed for a amazing beach stay!
