"The staff was friendly and attentive. Room 318 was clean and spacious. The 3 for $10 IPAs on tap to drink while my kids enjoyed the pool was nice! Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return again when we are in the area. "

"Having the breakfast to grab when before we left was good, but there was only one staff person there and she was very slow. The keypad for the back gate had apparently been broken so it was disabled and our card could not work on the gate. We had to park back there and were unable to use that for access to the hotel and had to walk all the way around late at night when we arrived back at the hotel. That should be fixed."

"The room smelled like marijuana or some other smoke. It was loud even on the top floor. TV remote has Netflix but when you click it it’s not available. My phone & watch chargers did not work in ANY outlet but worked just fine at the Hilton. The staff were very friendly & professional. That is the only thing keeping me from giving one star. It’s also a bad look when an amputee is wheeling around the lobby all day like it’s a homeless shelter. I deal with this at work & don’t need it when I just...

"Our refrigerator made a continuous noise. It was not cold and the freezer did not work. Felt safe and was able to get a first floor room, as requested. Have stayed here several times and will do so again."

"I accuse left my pillow case there and called back the next day after u checked out and they said they threw them away! The attitude was horrible and even hung up on me! I’d never go back to that hotel again!"

"Roach, infested roaches, calling around the room and a lot of drug addicts hanging outside. TV was cracked and didn’t work. The sheets were dirty with hair inside the tub. Gross !!"

"Staff was not available at check in. Took minutes before clerk came to door. Room smelled like cigarette. Neighboring guests arguing at 2:30 am, yelling and slamming doors. Felt unsafe and did not get any rest."

From the room to the staff shout out Ms Lorie the breakfast lady Ms Jackie can’t forget Mrs Kimberly and truly all the staff at the staybridge if and when we come back to town this will be our spot to stay! P.s thanks for putting up with my boys and all our towel and breakfast requests lol we truly appreciate all of you!"

"Room was spacious. Mattress was weird. I laid down and it rolled me to the middle of the bed. Springs were loud when rolling over.. A/C loud . Cold room when on, room hot when off. Good breakfast."
