"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"We had a nice stay for one night and breakfast was nice. Our hostess was very good. The only problem was the area nothing open to get a meal. Very quiet area with not much to do, okay just for overnight. Make sure you have food with you if arriving in the evening especially September."

Para mejorar destacamos: no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de agua que no es eficaz y hace mucho ruido, deberían poner por lo menos un ventilador de techo o de pie silencioso. "What a fabulous property. It was so beautiful. Seemed a little like the middle of nowhere but really close to Segovia.
The hotel is set around a stunning courtyard. We had a lovely apartment which was perfect for us. It even had a jacuzzi to rejuvenate us after our travelling. "
