I recently stayed there with my dad and brother. The location is fantastic, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Christel the concierge was super helpful and the restaurant is pretty good. The best part about casa del alma is the free underground parking since it’s extremely difficult to find parking around downtown San Cristobal. Great experience!

Great Hotel however it could be very noisy. Had to change my room due to the noise. In the room I changed to the air conditioning didn’t cool, I reported it but they didn’t fix it! The people form the hotel are really nice.

There are better options in San Cristobal

We had a terrible bad experience. The hotel is nice and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a gas smell inside the room. It is worrying that the front desk team wasn’t worried about this. At checkout, we agreed with the front desk lady to leave the car parked a few hours more. However, the communication with the parking guy was not clear and he asked us to leave the hotel. He was really rude. It’s a shame that a nice hotel has this kind of service with its clients.
