"Something very very strange is happening at this property. Go look at another guest’s review on bookingdotcom. I’ll spare the details, but to say when we showed up with two reservations they couldn’t find either. They eventually got us our rooms but then asked if we were staying one night. No, 4. The next day they asked one of us to voluntarily downgrade from a two bedroom suite to a 1 bedroom with no compensation because they double booked. We said no. "Clean room, great service at breakfast and good breakfast options. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Hotel was good location, about 20-25 minutes drive to the malls ( blue, agora, sambil), malecon and colonial area due to traffic. Would recommend and stay here again. "
