"One of the best properties we've stayed in. Check in and check out was a breeze. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. This hotel in this particular location has a lot to offer, and it is literally across the street from Petco Park. "

"Hair left in shower; bell desk lost luggage; car valet didn’t listen twice. and did not assist with loading luggage when leaving; snacks store ALL beverages were literally room temp- food items were not labeled so had to get in line to inquire ; house keeping knocked on door for service when do not disturb sign was on door and debated our check out time with us- parking was $75 which I felt should have been disclosed ahead of time"
