"Clean room and amenities are great, but their customer service was stellar! We paid for an extra mini surprise experience for my birthday twins that was supposed to be there when we arrived. I was told at the lobby upon checking in that it was in the room, but turns out there was nothing there. When we brought it up at the front desk they were very apologetic and provided free breakfast for us for the two mornings we would be there! "Rooms are decent, though they could use an upgrade—especially the flooring. The bathroom is nice and partially updated, but some areas still feel dated, and having two showers seems unnecessary. It would also be nice to have smart TVs in the rooms. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, which was a plus. Outdoor parking is spacious, and the hotel is in a quiet, convenient area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, a nice stay."
