"Reception guy is very nice. We were very late like we reached 12:30 but they r nice and they helped us. It was neat and clean but there was no towels but they already told us abt the towels so we bring ours. Otherwise everything was great. 1st night there was no neighbour and it was quiet but the 2nd day 1 family came they bother us a lot."

"The staff were incredible, they were so easy to communicate with and took time to explain how the unit worked and booked us a water taxi. "Great location, very quiet and clean. Apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated and furnished. They provided everything we needed, silverware, coffee, pots and cups. Bathrooms have all the necessary toiletry and the showers have a great flow. Building has elevator and the room has amazing air conditioning. Beautiful view of the canal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of great tips and advice. We will definitely come back! "
