Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. "It was good although the coffee for breakfast could be better. More blankets for the bed would be nice and the pillows were not so comfortable.
