"The staff and accommodations are excellent! Very close to the heart of all that is Florence (nothing farther than 10-15 mins walk) with lovely small cafes and trattorias right outside the front door. The room was clean and very spacious. We will definitely be returning to this place on our next visit to magical Florence! A big thank-you to Roxy and Fredrica who made us feel right at home and were there for any needs or questions we had! Excellent service!"

"This apartment is perfectly located just south of Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno area. A quick walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, but also just on the edge of the non-touristy side of Firenze.
The apartment has an amazing kitchen, is very clean and safe. My favorite stay during a recent 2 week visit to Italy. I will 100% book with Mamo in the future. "

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."

"El trato de la persona a cargo fue terrible nos cobró extra del precio de la renta 90 euros de limpieza solo en efectivo con una actitud muy arrogante más $35 por llegar una hora tarde después de su checkin, nunca tuvimos internet lo cual le avisamos a la brevedad y su respuesta fue que el no tenía el internet en su cartera!
Terrible el trato!
Nunca regresó a arreglar el internet!
En la casa no hay señal y tampoco internet!

"The hotel was in a great location - close to all sites - clean / older / washroom /shower great.
Going into the property was a little different ! Very secure but a tad spooky !!
Once settled in become more comfortable.
The noise during the middle of the night from the corridor would wake me up .
The housekeeper was very pleasant and accommodating to your needs .
Overall 6/10"

"Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby.
One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future.
Would definitely stay there again."
