"Great place overall"

"Abbiamo prenotato alle 4 del pomeriggio in giorno infrasettimanale del mese di ottobre, ormai fuori stagione, e dopo mezz'ora eravamo lì. Struttura deserta, nessuno in vista. Chiamiamo il proprietario e in pochi minuti ( intanto noi ci eravamo accomodati in piscina..) arriva una gentile ragazza che ci consegna le chiavi , poi un'altro ragazzo che ci tira fuori le sdraio (oramai riposte visto la data). "It’s a beautiful small property with a very cool design. Fairly rustic though and with a bit of a farmhouse feel and therefore maybe not for everyone. Managers and owners Giacomo and Paola are both fantastic. Giacomo in particular was a superstar, passionately speaking about the wines of the winery and the region, giving us great restaurant recommendations and really going above and beyond with a smile. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. "It was very well located, close to the center of Linguaglossa. The gardens were extensive and charming with a wide variety of plants and trees. The staff was very nice and Alfio was the perfect host. The one dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was exceptional. Highly recommended."
