"La acomodación fue pésima nos cambiaron tres veces de habitación. personal de recepción no todos fueron malos pero si hubo una señorita displicente y grosera. Sin reconocer el error. Que ellos cometieron. Al final hicieron un gesto amable de ubicarnos en un buen lugar y dar un bono de cortesía"

"Good hotel, not much around as far as authentic Italian restaurants. We were there during the 2026 June heatwave and our room was nice a cool. Room was good, they only give you 2 pillows (not that great either) so you need to call down to get additional. The phone in our room didn't work so anything ..."

"Room was not what I had reserved Tv was not working, wall paper coming off the wall , picture on the wall had tape around it . Bathroom was for one person instead of 2 I do want mention that at the end of my stay the front manager came to talk to me and rebated around 133 euro from my bill Not enough ..."
