"El servicio del restaurante es muy costoso, y mal hecho, muy mala organización para la entrega de alimentos tardaron más 40 min para un desayuno americano, así cómo servicio de bar, alto precio y las bebidas muy mal hechas sin sabor y te las sirven en vaso de plástico, el desayuno infantil costoso por 4 hot cakes pequeños y 2 rebanas de sandía muy pequeñas por $150.00 más chilaquiles infantiles que costaron $200.00 solo traía la tortilla con el chile crema y queso y piquitos frijoles, sin nada...

"Es un hotel no del todo apto para adultos mayores ya que hay muchos escalones par accesar a los cuartos del edificio, los colchones ya estan muy aguados y deformes.
El perdonal es amable.
El gimnasio ya requiere modernizar o dar mantenimiento a los aparatos que hay.
La alberca tie e temperatura agradable solo requiere constante limpieza de hojas y abejas."

"What a delightful, comfortable hotel. Our room and bathroom were both very large, clean and stylish. Service was good. The shower was huge, and the water hot.
Breakfast included with room was generous and delicious—full breakfast meal from menu, good choices, plus juice and fruit and coffee and toasted baguette.
Location is just 1 block from Cortez Palace and main square, two blocks from cathedral and Brady museum.
We would be glad to stay here again. "
