Parking staff can move around your vehicle and when they scratched it. They said they are not responsible for it."

"Throughout my years of staying at hotels, this hotel particularly stands out from my experience. Parking was a struggle because of limited Space. Checking in caused an unnecessary hassle due to the employees not being able to find my name and information on my stay, something they should’ve been informed of before my arrival. At the first few moments of arrival, we noticed that the bathroom has already contained an unpleasant oder, creating an almost musty-like smell throughout the room. We also...

"I suggest Orbitz would take this out. I called the property telling them that we will be checking in between 9:00-10:00 pm. He told me guard is 24 hrs. When we got there can't find it. Place was soo dark, no lights on. Called and looking for the place while on the phone. No guard ir caretaker, have to wait for 20 minutes. Just the entrance alone is soo dirty, rooms so smelly, not enough parking for 2 vehicles, I booked for 8 persons for 2 rooms. She was providing 1 bathroom and told me 1 booked...

"Great place to stay. Great hospitality. Wonderful views. Close to one of many Baguio attractions. Love the units, but it would be been great if there was a microwave or even a small stove and fridge.
The on-site restaurant was wonderful. Staff at the restaurant were great in both services and hospitality.
Overall excellent place to stay. Will most likely return to stay at this property when staying in Baguio in the future."
