It is a good location. Do not expect any lobby or someone to help you, you will do everything by yourself and do everything by text or email. Good neighborhood. Small refrigerator and quite time 10 pm until 8 am.

We chose this for a one night stay. It was basic and clean, good for a 1-2 day stay. It was a little hard to find and figure out location of padlocks/building #, but once we did check in was easy. Low water pressure in the morning, we made do. For the price, we didn't expect much, it was good for a night's stay. However, the property owner should address the low water pressure as I've also read about it in other reviews. Other than that, we had a great stay.

perfect location, having a large supermarket, tons of good restaurants, and beaches. However, the property is pretty old and the beddings are worn, I bought a new quilt from Walmart. The utilities including fridge and kitchen are not very clean. If you just wanna minimize you cost, it's still okay

Placid suites was just ok, it is near popular tourist areas and is safe, I didn’t like how our room didn’t have a microwave because it was like we was wasting food because we couldn’t reheat back up our food. And the living room light didn’t work and was mold on wall above shower. Other than that it was just ok, 6/10

The room was bare minimum I have no complaints except the couch in our room was FILTY. Other than that pretty standard room. Very comfortable bed, clean shower/bathroom area, working TV, working mini fridge and air conditioning was good. More of an air bnb vibe than a hotel.
