"The location of this hotel is amazing! So close to St. Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. Easy walk to water buses and tons of great restaurants right outside the door. The room itself could definitely use a refresh, but you don’t go to Venice to stay in your hotel room. Would absolutely stay there again."

"I have been to Venice a handful of times and never was satisfied with where I stayed until this past trip. This hotel is incredible. If you are unable to haul your luggage up steps then it is not for you. But I would argue that if you are hauling that much luggage, you shouldn't be traveling around Europe. "Apartment is very old styled (I can imagine typical Venice apartment). Unfortunately Internet was not working, AC was not working. After contacting owner no response from him. Even she didn`t show up in the apartment to solve internet and AC problem. Kitchen was in terrible condition. full of oil spots everywhere. Location was the only positive that I can recommend."
