"Alta Traful wastes the opportunity it has to provide guests with an experience as unique as the lake it is situated upon. The room was basic and bathroom (tiny sized) had taps either leaking or falling of. Parking is not enforced so vehicles were parked irregularly making it difficult to park our own — I took a photo & asked reception to get the truck moved but she did nothing. I would recommend staying at the cabanas located next to it (towards the Village) coz it’s absolutely not worth the...
"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The peaceful river view and the warm hospitality from the host made us feel right at home. The staff was exceptional, and the stunning landscape added to the overall charm. I only wish I could have stayed longer!"
