"We we're put in a room with poorly working phone, tv & internet due to a modem issue. They put us in another room only after 3 complaints. Some staff was very attentive to the matter, others were not. "

"I enjoyed my stay of two weeks at Suites Santa Noche. I was attending a Spanish Language school that was only a ten minute walk away. Suites Santa Noche is easy walking distance to the center of San Miguel and to a shopping district along Guadalupe Street. The room was comfortable, and is priced fairly. The room had both a microwave and refrigerator, which made my two week stay more comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, be prepared to pay in cash or with bank transfer. The only problem I had was one evening several of the rooms were rented by a young group that wanted to have a wild party on the terrace. They were drunk, smoking and loud until 2 AM with lots of yelling and door slamming etc. Since there is no staff at night, there was no one to force them to be quiet. Despite that problem, I would be happy to stay at Suites Santa Noche again if I return to San Miguel."

"It was just okay. Even though I speak Spanish, and it seemed that the staff spoke no English they never explained what was included in the breakfast so I ordered extra, which was not very good. The coffee was very weak. They also insisted that I could not check in earlier than 3 PM however today when I was checking out or left the hotel at 10 AM and I had to go back at 11 AM. The room is already clean and available so why would they not or force me or anyone to wait for extra hours?"

"Great staff, location was VERY good I’m gonna say 9/10 cause it wasn’t like ON any of the main plazas but super close walk. Staff was super friendly, free valet parking was great for us with our rental. Also the free included breakfasts were pretty great, sit down service coffee/juice/fruit plate/bread and then your choice of a couple different meals all prepared right there. GREAT value. "

"I would have had good things to say about this place if I had not been robbed whilst staying there. I understand that bubble tents cannot be locked but the hotel's assurance that it is entirely safe because it is in a secure compound is clearly false. (From a text message sent before arrival: "We are in a private area, with security provided by both the hotel and Valle de los Sanderos.") I am not accusing hotel staff but someone entered my bubble, opened a bag, found cash that I had hidden, and took 1000 pesos. I informed staff at reception but the hotel did nothing but offer a late check out, which I did not need or want. No apology or even a drink from the bar. So, until they take the obvious step of installing safes in the bubbles, I suggest you either avoid this place or keep ALL valuables with you at all times. Also, a check-in window of two hours (3-5pm) is absurd given the unusual nature of the hotel. Note also that the restaurant closes at 5pm so you will need to take a taxi or uber into town if you want to eat later - it's about a 15 minute drive into town. "
