We we're put in a room with poorly working phone, tv & internet due to a modem issue. They put us in another room only after 3 complaints. Some staff was very attentive to the matter, others were not.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing.
