We we're put in a room with poorly working phone, tv & internet due to a modem issue. They put us in another room only after 3 complaints. Some staff was very attentive to the matter, others were not.

Hotel Atotonilco El Viejo
We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, the pool area was very nice and we had a very quiet stay. In our opinion, the property is overpriced as we paid over $300 Canadian to stay here and if they want to charge that much, it definitely needs some refurbishing. We would return again, but would see ...

This property is very clean and well-maintained. Every staff member, host, and guard that we encountered were friendly, welcoming and professional. I will definirely stay here again and again and again!!! Thank you, Residencias la Estación for making our trip a total success!!
