"Perfect location, Very comfortable bed, very helpful staff, clean and tidy, excellent breakfast. We will be back! Recommended!"

"Great location!! The view of the Rialto Bridge from their lounge and breakfast area are fabulous!! We had a fantastic check in experience with a room upgrade, too. We had an early flight before breakfast, so the kind lady at check in prepared a great breakfast take away box for us and arranged our water taxi. She even escorted us to the taxi which was very helpful. Bathroom is a bit small, but location made up for that!! Would registry there again."

"It is a nice property but I was very disappointed with my room. I booked a Superior room and it did not look like the photos. My window did not have a view of anything except walls and a pipe. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable either. The breakfast was good and it was fairly quiet at night."

"Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. The whole stay felt like home."

"We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could."
