"My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. The location of the room was beautiful and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. Definitely loved the bathroom. All the staff were very friendly, specially William, Esteban and Edwin. Always available and willing to help or show us where the animals were throughout the hotel. "

"Amazing location, with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano (assuming it's not cloudy and rainy). We only partially saw it since we had cloudy and rainy weather when we were there. Very close to Arenal Volcano National Park, and Arenal 1968 for more trails. Breakfast is included and is really good. We also enjoyed our dinners at the on-site restaurant, as well as the trails on the property. The trail to the waterfall was really nice. "1000000% recommended. Everyone was super nice and very accommodating to our two year old son. One of the staff even gave him a yellow balloon with a string to play with when she saw him crying. Ample space for my som to run around, close to everything you need, nice restaurant on the main floor, and comfy room with large windows to let natural light in. They are very patient with families and that for us was really appreciated!!!"
