"Eric helped us check in flawlessly and gave us a map of Cordoba with places to see and walk to. Upon check out, Othman was very pleasant and held our bags. We asked him to call a taxi at the time we were returning and he made our departure stress free. Thank you both!"

"The pool is amazingly large and good fun, although slightly shorter walk than Carmona. Breakfast was very good, although unfortunately no smoked fish. The shower in the bath is awkward to get into and rather old fashioned. Probably would be better with a walk in shower. Bathroom needs modernising."

"I stayed in 4 different cities in Spain during this trip; this hotel was one of the top 2 I visited, very clean and very helpful staff. Perfectly located very close to the old town. The rooftop is amazing for late night gathering in front of Cordoba monument. Highly recommended."

"We loved, loved, loved this hotel. The checkin was efficient and the receptionist was so helpful with suggestions for our visit. We stayed for 5 days and were quite sad to leave. In a perfect location to explore the city it is a cool haven after a day sightseeing. Our room was lovely, and well maintained.There were some great touches. The only thing that let it down was the layout of the room - a little old fashioned in some details - such as the layout of the sockets (1 socket behind the bedside table), the position of the sofa compared to the TV (it was under the TV so you could not see it when sitting down), coffee machine tucked away in a cupboard and difficult to use, aswell as no usefully positioned socket for using the clothes steamer. And in a wonderful bathroom with a great shower the position of the hand soap is only useful when you are using one of the sinks. All of the amenities are there, and high quality ones as well, but it is just the layout which lets it down. The breakfast was excellent, with wonderful staff looking after everything. We felt welcomed and looked after. We also ate at the hotel twice. The second time was because the other places we had tried in town were not as good and we preferred the experience at the hotel. The food was well presented and delicious, The pool was great after a day out. A small area with a few beds. Some of the beds were damaged and needed replacing though. Again great staff looking after it, We would stay again."

"Beautiful hotel ideally located in centre of the city within easy walking distance of all the attractions and lovely restaurants. Hotel itself was top-notch! Lovely rooms, facilities and the staff were very welcoming. Will go again. Reccomend!"

"La habitación estuvo muy cómoda e impecable. La atención del personal fue cordial. Fuimos atendidos por personal de recepción, del bar para solicitar hielo, y en el rooftop cuando subimos a tomar a fotos. Salir del estacionamiento con el vehículo fue un poquito complicado ya que no sabíamos el lugar preciso para timbrar y que de recepción nos abran la puerta. Escogería nuevamente esta cadena en nuestro próximo viaje a España."
