"The hotel is nice and most people at the reception, restaurant and housekeepers are very polite and helpful. However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. So to all who were there before, please, do not have any expectations (have talked to some others who felt the same way). For example, you are provided only 2 towels per person in the room, no...
