the staff were great pool area was nice but the floors in the rooms were dirty ,your socks or feet were black and per staff that came and mopped the room the floors had not been sealed when they were put down ,area was great,loud at night when people were walking by but you are in a area that nosie is expected over all i would stay there again

Room was musty. Running vent or a/c clears it up. Some rooms don't have windows. Bed was absolutely awful. I can't say enough how bad the bed was. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Overpriced for the quality.

If you’re young and you’re looking for a fun but very loud place to stay much like a spring break hotel, and this is the place for you. We found someone else’s pill bottle in the drawer and on the last day we found a bag with a half eaten cookie in it behind the nightstand. In spite of all of that, the location was excellent and we did have fun in the town.

The maintenance & cleaning staff were super friendly and attentive to our needs. The front desk staff do not smile and barely speak to you. And, I was charged more than Expedia indicated with no explanation. They didn’t even give me a receipt. The pool bar staff were great.

Great location in the heart of things!

This hotel is in the heart of Put in Bay. My wife and I stayed for two nights and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom, but in decent shape. The main room was in better condition than the bathroom. The bathroom was so small that the door bumped up against the toilet every time you open and closed the door. The pool was great. Beware...you cannot take your own alcohol and sit by the pool. You must buy their alcohol from their bars at the pool, so if you want to sit at the pool and have some drinks, you'll need to budget for that. Regardless, the pool was a fun spot to hang out! Be prepared for some noise as this is in a busy area, but noise did not prevent us from getting a good night's sleep. I would return to this hotel in the future as I think it's a great value.

We arrived early and the staff was very polite and got us into our room. Upon arriving the music at the pool/bar was very loud almost too loud to talk. The resort has a Subway located in the lobby and that is all you smell so if you don’t like Subway don’t stay, the Subway light was right outside our window and even with the blind closed it flashed all night long lighting up our room, our room was next to Subway so getting to sleep until after 3AM (when they close) was impossible due to the fact the head of the bed is on the other side of the wall of Subway. Overall experience would never stay here again.

Surprisingly decent!

Got to say I was surprised about this hotel. It's definitely one of the budget friendly hotels on island. Don't expect too much from it. The location was outstanding. Right on the middle of all the fun. Located next to two pool bars. A subway open late located in the lobby. The hotel is old and run down in parts, however, we did feel it was clean and never thought negatively about it. Just understand it's a budget place. If your comfortable with the minimum and looking for primarily a crash pad. I recommend it.
