The breakfast that Sara would make each morning was magnificent. The location was divine. But, in the end, it’s the people that matter and they truly were the most incredible hosts."

The town of Castel del Piano was lively with locals in the piazza and shop keepers sweeping to make clean and welcoming store fronts."

"Ok. it a few issues that could be improved: eg hot water didn’t work consistently in the shower, towel hire for the pool was 5 euro per day not advised beforehand . parking near the entrance very tight. no tea cups for the room. no drinking glasses."

"This property is amazing. The staff/owners were very kind & helpful. I only wished that I spoke Italian, instead, they needed to work at translation, which they did very kindly. The place is magical, with views one only dreams of. Breakfast was plentiful & tasty. Parking is a little inconvenient, but that is true of the city."

We stayed in a newly renovated room which was quite modern and clean with excellent spaces for clothes and toiletries which I appreciated! Our room didn’t have a view, it looked onto another building which I was a bit disappointed about. The breakfast was average, too many sweet dessert choices for my taste, but there were eggs and and a nice yogurt bar. The pool area looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person but the...
