Gave us a map with iconic sites to visit, food recommendations, he even helped us plan our transportation back to the train station. Victor was the highlight of this trip and helped us enjoy our day in Venice. The roof top had amazing drinks. The room was elegant and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
