"The staff were amazing and the room always seemed to get organized and cleaned super well. They helped getting us a taxi to take us to different parts that we liked to go too. Also, the spa was AMAZING, we got it at 7 pm, so obviously it was already dark but the scenery and the nature noises made it even more relaxing. The location is very peaceful and calm, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities."

"My family and I liked everything. The room was very basic, with only two queen beds, a small table, and a small fridge. It was enough for us. My children loved the pool and the thermal spring water. Breakfast was delicious."

"This is a truly amazing property with extensive trails and observation tower that you can climb up to get above the treetops naturalist guide, guided tours and wonderful views of the volcano from the observation deck whenever the clouds allow. Bar and restaurant have excellent offerings. No need to go off property truly an amazing place and a destination within Costa Rica. I only wish we had another couple of days there. Two nights is not enough."

It can be interrupting and is unnecessary. Decorations are very will developed in Costa Rican style and very fine test. She was consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making our visit even more enjoyable. We also loved the amenities and were impressed by the beautiful views. "We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

"Pretty good hotel option in La Fortuna with unobstructed views of the Arenal Volcano with horses/donkeys roaming freely in the backside of the resort. Has a pretty decent fitness centers with plenty of equipment. Pools were nice. Some of the "hot spring" pools were the size of a jacuzzi, but some were much larger and could accommodate many guests. Included breakfast was decent."
