"The stuff I had a problem with is starting with booking when I booked this resort it didn't say nothing about being a family resort with kids and extra fee for the adult only exclusive side of the resort. They didnt tell you about this extra fee until you checked in. ** also you cant order food at the swim up bar. **maybe after you book your trip, the resort needs to send out an activity guide for the week, so you can pack accordingly"

"The resort was great! We stayed on the adult only side of the resort as there is a kid friendly side as well. The pools were very well kept and the staff were awesome! Everyone was very polite and easy to talk too. The breakfast buffet was great, there are 2 different ones that we tried at the resort and we loved all the options that were available and same thing for dinner. We did book reservations for the restaurant as well and had some delicious food! It was so hard to leave, 10/10 want to come back!"

"Staff were warm, helpful and friendly, but could hardly communicate in English. The overall experience was good, specially for kids, but the maintenance of the buildings has room to improve. The night shows are great, the food is ok (specially because there are a lot of different options and varieties), but don't expect luxury restaurant quality. Half of the restaurants were closed during our stay. The beach was not good in August (too much sea weeds) and the weather was too hot and humid, but inside the room/restaurants/kids club it was ok. I give the resort 7.5 out of 10."
